“Chiaramente la struttura si occupa principalmente della vendita di escursioni. Io e mia moglie abbiamo solamente richiesto il noleggio di due biciclette per girare in libertà la città per alcune ore. Pur avendo prenotato da casa quasi 3 settimane prima, all’ora del ritiro entriamo nel negozio e di fatto constatiamo che ci sono al massimo 5/6 biciclette disponibili. Tutte di pessimo livello. Ruote senza parafango, catena di trasmissione senza copri catena (a rischio pantaloni ecc.), biciclette sporche e davano l’idea di essere state assemblate alla meno peggio e buttate lì in un angolo. Nessuno ci ha aiutato per verificare che le bici fossero funzionanti, bisognava sistemare sellino e manubri...”

“Aardige mensen maar fietsen waren niet best onderhouden. Versnelling kon maar op stand 1. Kwamen we later achter. Remmen van beide fietsen waren ook niet best. Lang remmen en n hoop herrie. Bij terugkomst wilde ze de kapotte versnelling nog de schuld geven aan het wegdek(kleine steentjes) de hele bovenkant van de versnelling was gewoon weg. De fiets werd gewoon weer in t rijtje voor de volgende dag gezet.”
